Toby Lorenc brings more than 15 years of coaching experience and a diverse entrepreneurial background to his work with small business owners, family-owned businesses, and real estate professionals across Southern Colorado. His career spans adult learning, publishing, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and more than a decade as an improv comedy actor and trainer, experiences that strengthened his communication, adaptability, and ability to connect with people. Having spent years training, managing, and coaching real estate professionals while running his own business, Toby understands the pressures business owners face firsthand. Through Focal Point Coaching, he helps leaders communicate more effectively, build intentional systems, make smarter adjustments, and create sustainable growth, while remaining actively involved in the local business community through his board service with Downtown Ventures and Hey Neighbor.
